I am SO glad I installed the Akismet plugin on this blog. I just checked, and there were 66 total spam posts. The spammers think they’re clever, too, by posting their trash links “hidden” within a bunch of words. They think that will get their junk past the spam catchers. Bwahaha, not so with Akismet. It catches just about all of them, so all I have to do is go to my Akismet page and hit the delete button. Bye bye SPAM. So far over 1,000 spam comments have been caught. I guess it’s a compliment to my blog that so many spambots even try to post their crap here, huh? They know they can’t do it on my forum, since I have security measures to block bots from joining. I let everyone post here, so something special was needed. Again, I yell out with glee, “SPAM is no match for Akismet!” I could just kiss the developers of that script. Thank you thank you thank you for creating it!
