What is the use of a blog?
I was on someone else’s forum recently, and they were discussing blogs. It didn’t click in my mind until that moment that a blog is really for the sole use of one person (the owner of the blog)…it’s basically a diary where we can post what is going on in our lives or business or whatever. If it’s interesting enough, someone might make a comment.
Maybe that is why I prefer a forum. There, anyone can create a thread and others can respond to them. It’s a much more interactive community than a blog is. I thought I’d give a blog a chance by creating this on my site, but I really don’t find much of a use to it! It is the only way for any visitor of my site to make an anonymous comment, since registration isn’t necessary (like it is on my forum)…but not one person has made any comments here!
Makes me wonder “what’s the point?” Guess that’s the whole point of this blog! LOL…just my 2 cents worth!
